We may collect information you provide when you submit artwork, request a mockup or quote, create an account, place or reorder an order, request scheduled orders, communicate with us, or use Site forms. This may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping details, recipient and event information, order history, artwork, logos, uploaded files, design instructions, delivery requirements, and communications. We may also collect technical information automatically, including IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times of access, cookie identifiers, and general Site-usage information.
How We Use and Share Information
We use information to respond to inquiries; review artwork; prepare mockups, quotes, invoices, and payment links; process and fulfill orders; arrange refrigerated delivery; maintain accounts and order history; support reorders and scheduled orders; communicate about orders and administrative matters; prevent fraud and misuse; protect the Site; comply with law; and improve our services.
