ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
SignatureButter.com (the “Site”) is operated by Signature Butter Creations LLC (“Signature Butter”). By visiting, using, creating an account on, submitting information through, or ordering through the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Signature Butter produces custom butter portions from customer-submitted logos, artwork, monograms, or text. A complimentary digital mockup is provided for review. The customer is responsible for verifying spelling, layout, design, dates, quantities, salted or unsalted selection, delivery information, and all other order details before approval.
Production begins only after final mockup approval and full payment. Changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be available after approval, payment, or the start of production. Custom orders are subject to the Shipping Policy and Return Policy posted on this Site.
ARTWORK AUTHORIZATION
By submitting artwork, the customer represents and warrants that the customer owns or is authorized to use every submitted trademark, service mark, logo, name, image, design, and other intellectual property. The customer authorizes Signature Butter to reproduce the submitted material solely to review, prepare, manufacture, package, and fulfill the requested order.
All rights in customer-submitted artwork remain with their respective owners. Signature Butter may reject any submission or order in its discretion. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Signature Butter Creations LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from submitted artwork or instructions.
ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLES
Product images, designs, brand references, and examples are presented for illustrative purposes only. Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and brand elements belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, approval, partnership, or affiliation.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Published prices, shipping charges, and availability may change before an order is accepted. The applicable price and quantity are confirmed by invoice. Payment must be received before production begins. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and charges shown on the invoice.
ACCOUNTS
Customers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts. Notify info@signaturebutter.com promptly if unauthorized access is suspected. Account history and reorder tools are provided for convenience and do not independently confirm availability, price, delivery date, or recurring-order status.
SITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site’s original text, graphics, photographs, layouts, product presentations, and other content are owned by or licensed to Signature Butter Creations LLC and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.
DISCLAIMER
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Butter disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written order confirmation. Signature Butter does not warrant that Site content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Butter Creations LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising from use of the Site or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Signature Butter does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, or transactions.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Signature Butter may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
